Tracking Your Purchase

Each piece purchased at ArtiFunk.com is shipped to you directly from the artist’s studio. Most pieces ship within 72 hours of purchase. However, due to circumstances such as artist availability, shipping times may vary.

Some items will require special handling and packaging and there may be additional shipping costs for these items. If this applies to an item you are ordering the costs will be reflected in the shopping cart prior to checking out.

Our carriers of choice are UPS and FedEx; therefore we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

International Orders

Many of our artists reside outside the United States. The country of origin will be indicated on each piece in the gallery. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the origin and destination of the shipment and reflected in the shopping cart. When you place an international order you are also agreeing to pay any duties, taxes or tariffs that may apply at time of delivery. These duties, taxes or tariffs are determined solely by the United States Customs Department and are not levied or collected by ArtiFunk.com. The U.S. Customs Department typically does not levy duties on imported works of fine art. However, this is not meant to be construed as a guarantee or advice by ArtiFunk.com.

If you reside outside of the United States, or will be shipping your purchase outside the United States contact us at info@ArtiFunk.com or call us at 214-942-2101 (outside the US) to obtain shipping information. Our customer service office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm Central Time. If an order is shipped outside of the United States the recipient will be responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs that may apply. These fees are payable to the carrier at the time of delivery and cannot be prepaid.

ArtiFunk cannot accept returns of any piece which originates outside the US or is shipped outside the US.
